2.3 Disqualified Persons. The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain an Account on luckypiso:
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on luckypiso. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If luckypiso identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, and funds may be held pending investigation.

3.5 Non-Transferability. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any third party. luckypiso reserves the right to close any Account that appears to have been transferred.
4.1 Accepted Methods. luckypiso accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available methods and processing times are displayed in the Deposit section of your Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos). Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per period, as displayed in your Account settings.
4.3 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). luckypiso does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No foreign exchange conversion is applied.
4.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that you own and are legally entitled to use. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be refused, and the deposited funds may be returned to the source pending investigation. luckypiso does not accept funds from third parties.
4.5 Processing. E-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) are processed instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PesoNet are processed according to the respective payment system timelines. luckypiso is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers or banking systems.
5.1 KYC Prerequisite. Withdrawal of funds from your luckypiso Account is conditional on completion of KYC identity verification in accordance with Section 3.3. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until verification is completed.
5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.3 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically supported, or to a verified method on file. Third-party withdrawal accounts are not permitted. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within an average of under 10 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours.
5.4 Verification of Withdrawal Requests. luckypiso reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation, as required by anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance obligations.
5.5 Withholding. luckypiso may delay or withhold a withdrawal where: (a) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (b) a chargeback dispute is pending; (c) the account is under investigation for Terms violations; or (d) required by applicable law or PAGCOR direction.
5.6 Bonus Funds. Bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Withdrawal requests made before wagering requirements are met may result in forfeiture of bonus balances, with only cash deposits returned.
6.1 Promotion Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by luckypiso are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum win caps. These specific promotion terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 6.3 Abuse of Bonuses. luckypiso reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus amounts and associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a User has:

7.2 Technical Malfunctions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on luckypiso. Breach of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
10.1 Ownership. All content on the luckypiso Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio-visual content, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of luckypiso or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

11.2 Regulatory Disclosure. 14.3 Dispute Process. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or Account matter, Users must first contact luckypiso customer support via Live Chat. luckypiso undertakes to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official player complaint channels.
14.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to the dispute resolution process above, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the final adjudication of any dispute arising under these Terms.
15.1 Right to Amend. luckypiso reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, Platform services, or luckypiso's operational policies.
15.2 Notice. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via email to the address on file or via a notice displayed on the Platform. The updated Terms will display the revised effective date at the top of this document.
15.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of luckypiso following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
15.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
